I Lifted weights yesterday (Chest muscles/Shoulders) and Today(Biceps/Forarms). I lifted about 2 hours ago and am thinking about going to play basketball with some friends for about an hour and 30 minutes or so.

Would This hurt my muscle growth?
I am still sore, and planning to work out Tomorrow,
so will it be okay to play basketball?

Why don’t many of them have the "V shape" which is considered univerally attractive on men.
What is the sciency(is that even a word) reason for this?

I also notice it on Mexican women aswell as the get older it looks like their shoulders and back get broader and they end up having the square/rectangular body.
@ Edgar, My parents are actually mexican, but As I’m into high fashion, I have notice models body type, and so I have kind of started to observe many other people’s body type, and these are thing which I find interesting.

Hi. Just curious but what muscle of the body do Basketball players need the most. I know shoulders are pretty important for creating space. But i do know that shoulders are not the most important muscle to train.

So what is the most important muscle to train for basketball season?
