Table Tennis or Ping-Pong anyone?  It doesn’t matter what you call it.  It’s fun. I’ve rediscovered a great way of feeling better and getting some excellent exercise, Table Tennis Training.Feel better and exercise at the same time.  How often do we say, “ I just don’t have time today to fool with that? It’s too cold outside, or it’s raining.”  I rediscovered a great exercise routine that is fun and keeps me coming back. I can practice my returns as long as I have energy.Playing ping pong motivates me to exercise more and watch less TV.  I play table tennis against a Robot.  The Newgy Robo-Pong.

There are 3 models of their world famous Robo-Pong (Robo-Pong 2040, Robo-Pong 1040 and Robo-Pong 540)and also many different accessories. Another one of my favorite table tennis accessories is the Pong-Pal the quicker ball picker upper. Pong-Pal makes it much easier and faster to pick up table tennis or ping-pong balls. With its special angled end, you can retrieve balls that are under the table or other hard to reach places. Its unique two-piece design permits you to take it apart and carry it in your sport bag or Robo-Tote. It works with either 40mm or 38mm balls. This product is ideal for wheelchair players who can just use the lower half and then place it on their seat or armrest to keep it handy.
